BANKS continues to build anticipation for her forthcoming debut, Goddess, with the release of another promising track. "Beggin For Thread" is more bright than brooding, but is otherwise as supremely synthy and delightfully punchy as everything else we've heard thus far. You should have known better, she sings, having none of it, secretly I think you knew. Goddess is out August 9 via Harvest.
