Genius English sportswear designer Christopher Shannon is bringing his knitwear sensibilities, predilection for candy colors and crazy proportions, finally, to womenswear. It's tough to tell from the two images that have been released but it seems he'll retain the sportier sensibilities of his menswear. We don't have a lot to go off of, but we're already feeling the silky printed bomber and that sculptural scalloped top. If it comes anywhere close to the level of ingenuity of his last few collections, we're going to go straight broke trying to snap it all up.
