On Tuesday Night, Jhene Aiko, Ty Dolla $ign and Raury all played the latest installment of the vitaminwater® #uncapped series in the Philadelphia. The night was a lot of fun, something our review of it can certainly attest to—the lineup offered a chance to see rising stars for whom years of work is just starting to pay off. For Ty Dolla $ign, the event clearly marked a kind of milestone: before playing one of 2014’s most ubiquitous songs, the DJ Mustard-produced “Paranoid,” he reminded everyone of the beginning of his public recognition—his 2010 collaboration with YG “Toot It and Boot It”—showing how far he’s come.
