Chicago rapper Tree has been teasing his Trap Genius mixtape for a bit now, but today its finally hit the Internet in full. Like the previously released single "New Or Leins/Training Day," the tape features Tree's gruff, shredded vocals paired with typically anxious instrumentals. As he explained in an interview with Noisey, who premiered the tape, this is the music that he wishes he "could walk in the club and hear." It sounds just a hair too foreboding for those purposes to my ears, but its despite that it's a solid distillation of the MC's murky predilections. Listen in full below.
