Terius Nash, aka The-Dream, reportedly "did a short dance" on his way out of a Manhattan courtroom this morning after the domestic abuse case raised against him by a former girlfriend was dismissed. Nash was charged with felony assault and strangulation charges for allegedly violently attacking and threatening to kill his then-girlfriend Lydia Nam, who was pregnant at the time. "After a thorough investigation, we have determined that we cannot prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt," Prosecutor Jacqueline Cornell said.
