Justin Raisen is a producer/songwriter with a seriously stacked resumé: he's had a hand in music from Charli XCX and Sky Ferreira, among others, and you can hear both artists' punky edge in this new collaborative tune between him, Kitten, and Jerry James. "Big Dope Baby" sounds like a diamond covered in dirt—you can polish it all you want, but the grit is still there, which makes for a fascinating juxtaposition. "Use filters and listen to the quiet voice," the crew told FADER in a joint email statement. "Discover the recipes you are using and abandon them. Slow preparation...fast execution. Big Dope Baby."
