Despite once having said "the whole rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny," Drake is partnering with luxury broker Sotheby's on an upcoming art exhibit. Drizzy will be putting together a companion playlist to go along with pieces by black American artists such as Rashid Johnson, Nick Cave, Glenn Ligon, Kara Walker, Wangechi Mutu and Jean-Michel Basquiat, The New York Times reports. The exhibit runs April 28 - June 12 at Sotheby's S2 Gallery in New York City. Drake reportedly won't get paid for the gig, but maybe he'll be able to finally live out his dream of collecting art—with a discount.
