Chip, Kano, And Wretch 32 Get Dusty On “Feeling Myself”

A different sound from the world of UK rap.

April 07, 2015

Here's a different sound from the world of UK rap: Chip's new single "Feeling Myself," featuring fiery bars from Kano and Wretch 32, sounds more like a greasy-spoon soul production from U.S. 1990s hip-hop than it does the constantly oblique and futuristic sounds we're used to from the world of grime. Pretty cool change-up. The track's taken from Chip's Believe & Achieve - Episode 1, which drops on May 4; as the title suggests, it's the first installment of a double EP.
