Next week, John Dwyer's exceedingly productive San Francisco indie-rock outfit Thee Oh Sees will release Mutilator Defeated At Last. The ever-evolving band's ninth(!) album in seven or so years, it's composed of nine new tracks of jangled, guitar-driven rock that is primed for the pummeling heat of the summer.
