Everyone who attended Chicago's inaugural Teens in the Park festival is having the best night ever. Not only was event curated by Chance the Rapper and free, Kendrick Lamar was the surprise guest. In one way, Kendrick's appearance isn't that crazy—it was just a couple of weeks ago that he and Chance shared a stage at Earth, Wind & Fire's Bonnaroo set.
