Writer and actress Lena Dunham has found a new way to keep her diehard fans occupied between seasons of her hit HBO series, Girls. Dunham announced today that this fall she will launch Lenny, a weekly newsletter dedicated to empowering and informing young women. According to an interview she gave with BuzzFeed, Dunham explained her aspiration for Lenny is to represent “an army of like-minded intellectually curious women and the people who love them, who want to bring change but also want to know, like, where to buy the best tube top for summer that isn’t going to cost your entire paycheck.” Co-created by Girls executive producer Jenni Konner, the newsletter will cover “feminism, style, health, politics, friendship and everything else.” You can sign up for the Lenny newsletter here.
