Later this year, Toronto rapper Devontée—who has by some accounts been credited with originating the term "WOE"—will release a 6ix-flavored mixtape titled District Vibe. The lead single off that project is "Bare Tings," a menacing, bottom-heavy, and self-produced shout out to his woes, their bare tings, and the streets he grew up in. Accordingly, this new video for the song takes viewers to his home turf. "This visual welcomes you to Devontée district," he told The FADER. "I did it for my woes and the neighborhood that raised me."
