Bando416 has emerged.

Safe wants to keep a low profile. There's not much we know about the Toronto MC, other than clues picked up trawling through his mysterious social media profiles. Until he emerged as Safe earlier this year, we knew him by his Instagram handle, Bando416. More recently, though, he's joined the ranks of a crew of buzzing young Toronto artists releasing dark, gully songs that sound like the 6 at night.

Today, Safe drops off his first-ever video, a shadowy visual to accompany his first single, "Feel." It was directed by Christo Anesti of Kid. Studio. Here's how Safe described the clip over email: "The video for 'Feel' is a cryptic depiction of the moments in Safe’s everyday life: daytime hangouts in Toronto's Esplanade neighbourhood, rendezvous at the Rabba, hazy afterparties, unspecified meet ups and drop offs." Look close enough, and you'll see spot appearances by fellow Torontonians Mustafa the Poet, Smoke Dawg, Mo-G, and HennyXO.

Watch the video above, and stay tuned for Safe's still-untitled EP, due out later this year.
