According to the man himself, London Producer/DJ The Last Skeptik was on "some disgusting emo-thug tip" when he spun out this latest release, "Splinters." A teeny bit spooky, with its yowling synths and stomping 808s, Skeptik's production is the perfect vehicle for singer Caragh Campbell's earthly, bewitched vocals: Take them, take all my flaws/ Shine a torch, don't notice my tired eyes, she sings.

"When I made it I knew I needed some powerful ethereal vocals on top of it," Skeptik told The FADER. "Caragh Campbell's vocals are next level haunting and scare the shit out of me, so she was the perfect fit." Indeed! Hear for yourself below.
