The Philadelphia Police is a self-described “totally hip” department. Just check out their Twitter account, which recently shared a Game Of Thrones meme just after a bulletin for suspects in a shooting. Complex have spotted that the PPD have continued down this dubious path of Crime and Memeishment, and released a PSA parodying Drake's “Hotline Bling” song and video to warn against reserving shovelled out parking spots with items like chairs, furniture and cones.
Set to a gif of Drake dancing in the “Hotline Bling” video altered to make him toss out cones, the one minute clip goes like so: “You need to call us on your cell phone / Late night when you see that cone / Call us on your cell phone / That parking spot's not yours alone.”
Safe to say that Toronto councilman Norm Kelly is no longer the most cringeworthy government employee pushing Drake.
