Indio Glenn Miller revealed in a statement to The Desert Sun that an autumn edition of Coachella is imminent. The groundwork for such an expansion was initially set in 2013 when the city of Indio signed an agreement with Goldenvoice, the promoter for Coachella and Stagecoach, but the expansion plan has only gained traction very recently. The addition of a fall music festival would potentially bring in $2.7 million a year for Indio, and anywhere between $65.3 million and $156.4 million more for Goldenvoice.
