Retch Reportedly Facing Prison Time For Armed Robbery

The rapper may be facing multiple charges.

According to NJ.com, the rapper Retch was recently apprehended in the act of robbing a home in Bergen, NJ at gunpoint. The MC "is charged with with entering the residence while armed, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, using a 17-year-old or younger to, or conspire to, enter a residence and commit an armed robbery with firearms." An Assistant Prosecutor alleged that shots were fired during the incident, and that Retch was linked to the crime by victims and as well as a co-defendant.

Retch has been arrested 12 times in New Jersey. "Is there any way I can get a bond?" he reportedly asked the judge. "I just want a fair shot to fight this from the street."

The MC's bail was set at $150,000 cash. If convicted, his prison sentence could span 10 to 20 years. A representative for Retch was not immediately available for comment.
