Shea Serrano’s The Rap Year Book Could Become A Documentary Series

The Rap Year Book, Shea Serrano's analysis of rap's most important songs since the genre's inception, may be adapted into a documentary series. The journalist announced the happy news on Twitter, and mentioned that a production company in New York will try and bring his book to our video streaming services.

Hip-Hop Evolution, another documentary program tracing the genre's roots and modern day impact, will be screened at Toronto's Hot Docs festival this year.
