While some popular brands bristle at even the slightest hint of mimicry, Demna Gvasalia's Vetements handles imitative flattery with deft generosity. Vetememe plays off of the French brand's exclusivity and high cache within both fashion and streetwear in the form of a $59 raincoat. Vetements was mum on the copycats until today, when Gvasalia told The New York Times, "Vetements will not be filing any lawsuits over the Vetememes raincoat and hope that he has enjoyed making his project as much as we do making our clothes." Adorable.
