Apple Music Reportedly Reaches 13 Million Subscribers

Verge reports that Apple Music has reached another milestone. During an earnings call yesterday, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the streaming service's subscriber pool now exceeds 13 million.

In February, the platform reported having 11 million subscribers. Verge suggests that Apple Music is now growing at the same rate at Spotify, though it has a long way to go before matching Spotify's user base: in March, the rival streaming service reported reaching 30 million subscribers.
