R&B singer Sabatahj is back, and his new track "Crush Grooves" is both a taste of the new sound he's been honing and an insight into his seduction strategies. I know I got some player ways, but I ain't trying to play you out, he sings in a falsetto that recalls The-Dream.

"'Crush Grooves' is a style of music I've created using the influences of early '90s Southern rap, mixed with sensual contemporary R&B," Sabatahj explained in an email to The FADER. "[It's] a style of music based on my perception of sex and love.“
