Drake's connection with Rihanna was a subject of discussion during the rapper's recent Beats 1 interview. "We're not just forcing the story," Drake explained to Zane Lowe. "We have genuine energy between us...We do great music together. It's hard to do guy/girl collabs...I think [our chemistry is] what makes the records better."
One of those records, "Work," spent nine weeks at No. 1. During the L.A. stop of her ongoing tour, Rihanna brought Drake out perform the song with her. (She did the same thing earlier this year in Miami, Toronto, and at the Brit Awards.) Afterwards, Drake reportedly sped through "Jumpman" which has been on the pop charts for 32 weeks, and "One Dance," his latest track to threaten the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100.
Rihanna also sings on the VIEWS track "Too Good."
