Last week, Kodak Black's previously latent legal issues re-emerged when a Broward County, Florida judge revoked his bond and detain him on eight charges, including robbery, false imprisonment, marijuana possession, and driving without a driver's license. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 8, and will address his recent arrest in Miami; he will return to court on June 16 for his October 2015 arrest.
Accordingly, Black has been forced to change some of his summer plans. The FADER has learned that Black will no longer be joining Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, and YFN Lucci on the Parental Advisory Tour this summer. The cross-country tour is scheduled to kick off in Oakland on June 5, and representatives for Uzi, Savage, and Lucci have confirmed to The FADER that the show will go on.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances Kodak Black will no longer be performing on the Parental Advisory Tour," a source familiar with the situation told The FADER. "The Parental Advisory Tour will continue as originally scheduled with Lil Uzi Vert supported by 21 Savage and YFN Lucci." (A representative for Black declined to comment.)
However, Black is keeping on schedule with a new mixtape he promised to release on his birthday, June 11. In a video posted to his Instagram account earlier this afternoon, he revealed the tape's title, Lil B.I.G. Pac, and assured its release. The video also included a few snippets of new music; check that out below.
