Four Tet Releases Randoms Album For Free On Bandcamp
The album is a collection of previously released loosies new and old.
Four Tet has shared a collection of previously released tracks that were commissioned for compilation projects titled Randoms on his Bandcamp page. The 9-song release spans twenty years: the oldest song on Randoms is "Field" from 1996.
"Over the years there have been some pieces of music that I have made specially for compilation projects or have ended being released only as part of a compilation album," the producer wrote in the description for the album. "As time passes I look back at this music and find the context it was originally put in often feels a bit random now."
