Stranger Things is Netflix's latest hit series. The series is set in 1983 and sees a bunch of kids searching for their friend when he mysteriously disappears from school one day. The Spielberg-indebted story has dominated social media since its release earlier this month with viewers finding the mix of nostalgia and sci-fi irresistible. It also has a pretty great score courtesy of Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of Austin band S U R V I V E. Yesterday, July 27, it was confirmed that their synth-heavy score is to get an official release. There's no date for the release as yet, with the Stranger Things Facebook page simply stating that it will be out "Soon." S U R V I V E, meanwhile, release their own album RR7349 on September 30.
