Lil Rich and Chaz King, the cousins who makeup hip-hop duo StupidGenius, are following up their January Game Changers tape with a new one called Safe Tripz, slated for a September drop. Today the Boston-based cousins are sharing the seriously fun, nostalgia-driven track "Jodeci Mode," which samples the remix of '90s R&B vocal quartet's 1991 "Come And Talk To Me." You can ball like me, goes the song over warm, swirling Lil Rich and TJ Beats production.

"We were on an 90's R&B wave one night in the studio and this Jodeci song was brought up," King told The FADER over email about the track. "Not even the original, but the remix. Rich and TJ thought of breaking the sample and the rest is history. [Jodeci was] always one of our favorite R&B groups growing up, so it was only right to pay homage and keep their name in the title."
