Three people reportedly died after attending this year's HARD Summer Music Festival in Fontana, California.The festival took place last weekend, July 30-31. A spokesperson from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that nine people were hospitalized at the festival and that a man and a woman died in the early hours of Sunday, July 30. They have been named as 22-year-old Derek Lee of San Francisco and 21-year-old Alyssa Dominguez of San Diego. A third person, 22-year-old Chino Hills resident, Roxanne Ngo, passed away the following day.
The causes of death are unknown though Buzzfeed News reports that authorities have suggested the high temperatures over the weekend could have been a factor. The festival featured performances from headliners Major Lazer and Ice Cube plus Ty Dolla $ign, Anderson .Paak, AlunaGeorge, Ice Cube, Travis Scott, Fat Joe, Desiigner, and others.
