Lil Wayne's Young Money Records reportedly owes rapper/producer David Banner $164,303.19. According to TMZ, Banner won a default judgement in a lawsuit he had against the label for $150K. The money he says is owed for production work on Tha Carter III and We Are Young Money. The report says that the judge has ordered Young Money to pay Banner $164,303.19. The price includes interest.

This ruling comes while Wayne is involved with his own lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records for money he feels owed. Particularly $70 million of an $100 Million dollar advance from Universal.

David Banner emailed the following statement to The FADER:

As entertainers our business is very complex and it should not be a matter of public display. America has always attempted to pit Black men against each other like gladiators then laugh, when we clash. I have never commented on this case, it is only a matter of public record. I value all my clients and dread when our business ever plays out in the public. (Focus on cops killing innocent black people!)
