On Wednesday, Twitter opened up its Moments function to all users. Now anyone can put together and share a collection of tweets and put it out as a slideshow under the Moments tab. Users can use their own tweets and/or others on the app to create a Moment. They'll be housed under the user's profile, so easy to find. Check it out in Twitter's video above.
