Ciara has reportedly dropped her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future. According to TMZ, the singer's lawyer, Larry Stein, filed legal documents dismissing the remaining libel claim on Thursday. The report suggests that Ciara was unable to prove the necessary financial loss to win the libel case.

Ciara filed the lawsuit in February for public slander that made it seem as though she was a bad mother to the two's baby. She filed additional documents in July, claiming that Future's tweets caused her to lose out on $500,000. Earlier this month, a judge ruled that Future's tweets weren't enough to prove her libel suit against the rapper.

Representatives for Future and Ciara were not immediately available for comment.
