Justine Skye Releases 8 Ounces EP

Justine Skye, who's delighted fans on Tumblr with her magenta-hued witticisms, is finally claiming center stage for her own. On Thursday night, the singer dropped 8 Ounces, her debut EP with Roc Nation.

"U Don't Know," Skye's single with the Nigerian singer WizKid which dropped in September, is a slippery crooner concerned with matters of love and war. 8 Ounces continues in a similar direction: “Eight ounces is the average weight of the female heart," Skye said in an interview with Genius. "I’m figuring out myself more and figuring out guys more. This whole EP is my diary of situations that I’ve gone through since my last project.”
