The Best of Reggae And Electronic Music Collide In This Video

Bermudan producer and DJ Noise Cans tapped self-made U.K.-based singer Louise Chantál for the electronic reggae lovechild “Caan Dun." In this colorful video for the first single from Noise Cans’s forthcoming Masquerave EP, both artists connect on their mission to embed the most vibrant aspects of their identities into their artistry. The visuals juxtapose Chantál’s seductive aura with Noise Cans’s colorful homage to his Caribbean heritage, bringing the song to life and adding just a pinch of weed, whining, and strip poker. Sounds like a good time to me.

“The energy of this video captures what I want people to feel when listening to it,” Noise Cans told The FADER over email. "The musical experience is fronted by the elusive COLLAS, who is known for his signature Gombey mask, infectious fusion of Caribbean influences, and modern electronic sounds."
