Dirty Projectors' new self-titled album is here three days ahead of schedule. Projectors founder Dave Longstreth let loose the project, along with a message on Twitter today.
"Been 4 years, 7 months & 11 days— long enough!" said Longstreth. "3 days early, preorders are in the mail & the album in stores." The album is the seventh from the experimental outfit, and the first since 2007 without Amber Coffman. It features nine new songs, including a Solange-penned collab with D∆WN, "Cool Your Heart."
