Boiler Room sent the Londoner to Seoul for his debut live appearance.

As part of their new global program with Budweiser, Boiler Room took London-based MC Nines to Seoul, South Korea, in March for his first official live show. Despite being signed to XL Recordings, with whom he released his debut One Foot Out earlier this year, legal issues have restricted Nines from playing in his home country. Over in Seoul, however, he performed a set of cuts from his chart-breaking new album, including the sleek "CR" and J Hus collaboration, "High Roller."

Speaking to The FADER via email about his debut, Nines said: “Going to Korea was a mad ting. I got to perform in another continent that I wasn’t even aware knew my music. From [London's] Church Road to Seoul. Ice City going platinum baby.”
