A controversial video that appears to be of Katy Perry has surfaced, and seems to have been filmed during her press tour in NYC. "Aww someone says 'I miss your old black hair,'" Perry says into the camera. "Oh really, do you miss Obama as well? Okay, times have changed. Bye."

Katy Perry recently cut her hair short, and it is currently dyed blonde.

Offscreen you can hear someone say "Okay, you're cut off." The person who seems to be Perry giggles and echos the statement. It's not clear exactly what Perry meant by the statement, though the limited context has left many people to assume it wasn't an entirely wholesome remark.

Some Twitter users, including DJ Scream, are not happy with the pop star, calling Perry a "#Loser" among other things. Perry is a self proclaimed activist, and was a vocal supporter of Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election, as well as Barack Obama in 2012. In 2013 she came under fire for her American Music Awards performance, where she dressed as a Geisha.
