SZA announced the release date for her long-awaited debut, Ctrl, on Wednesday. Fans first saw the announcement on Twitter, where Top Dawg Entertainment CEO Anthony Tiffith posted a video of the singer lounging by a pile of computer monitors. The tweet read "a word from RZA" and featured the Wu Tang member giving his blessing over the video while text on the screen gave us the information we've been waiting for.

Ctrl will come out on June 9.

SZA then took to Instagram, where she posted three videos (captioned "S," "Z," and "A") from the same shoot. All three also featured voiceover from RZA.

Ctrl has been a long time coming for the TDE artist. It was originally supposed to come out this February, but was pushed back to an unspecified (until now) date.

Last month, SZA gave us a taste of new music by releasing a track with Travis Scott called "Love Galore."
