Lorde confirms Melodrama vinyl details
Two versions of the record will be available in 2018.
Lorde released one of the year's best albums in Melodrama but so far it hasn't been available to those of us who prefer things physical. That's set to change next year however, with the New Zealand popstar announcing that the record will receive a vinyl release in 2018.
A standard and deluxe edition release of Melodrama will be available from April 6 via Lorde's online store. Both versions come with a new sleeve, full lyrics, and a double-sided photo. The deluxe edition comes with more photos and a hand-drawn sleeve. A collectors edition, which Lorde says will be "v v luxury," is also due at some point next year.
In March, Lorde will tour North America with support acts with Run The Jewels and Mitski.
