British-Liberian artist Lina Iris Viktor is suing Kendrick Lamar and SZA over their "All The Stars" video, TMZ reports. Viktor previously complained that her art was used in the video, which is taken from the Black Panther soundtrack, without permission.

Viktor claims she was approached twice by the team behind the video with requests to use imagery from her “Constellations” series. She says she declined the offer on both occasions. When the video eventually came out she wrote to Anthony Tiffith, the head of Top Dawg Entertainment, to complain.

In a new statement given to Pitchfork, Viktor's lawyer said: “We tried to resolve this without litigation. Now that we are in Court, we are confident that Ms. Viktor will prevail.” TMZ adds that the artist is seeking damages and a halt on Kendrick and SZA using her artwork to promote the song
