Maggie Rogers is back. After ascending from NYU to the charts with her Pharrell-approved track "Alaska" last year, she's shared a brand new single titled "Fallingwater." The song was co-produced with Rostam Batmanglij, and sounds like a natural progression from the woodsy pop Rogers established on her debut EP Now That The Light Is Fading last year.
In a statement posted to her Twitter, Rogers explained that "it's a song that celebrates rapid change and how simultaneously scary and electric it can feel." She describes it as “a cry for help and a battle cry at the same time.” Listen to "Rapidwater" below, and catch Rogers on tour with HAIM this summer.
