President Trump is currently in the midst of a two-day visit to the United Kingdom, a nation in which he is overwhelmingly reviled. The protests sparked by his visit have been spread even to the British pop charts, with Green Day's 2004 song "American Idiot" hitting No. 18.
The song's rise wasn't a coincidence: A Twitter account @TrumpIdiotNo1 kicked off the movement with a tweet posted on July 8, as USA Today reports. "Want to annoy Donald Trump and Nigel Farage this week?" the statement reads. "Buy a download of 'American Idiot' by Green Day, then keep streaming it, get watching the official video on YouTube, too. Keep doing that until midnight on Thursday." Read it in full below:

"American Idiot," which you can hear in its music video below, originally appeared on the 2004 Green Day album of the same name. The song was written to protest then-President George W. Bush, the Iraq war, and the culture of cable news.
The song is currently No. 1 on the British Amazon bestseller chart. Protesters will have till midnight GMT to stream and buy the song to help boost its chart ranking as Trump kicks off his tour of the U.K.
