"Drive N Motion" is Team Salut's isntant feel good vibe moment. The song, premiering below via The FADER, is an ode to the warm weather and arrives just in time for carnival season. The afrobashment tune has a minimal feel but buries itself deep in your brain with catchy melodies and an irresistable dancehall rhythm.
The track arrives at a great time for Team Salut. The London-based duo released "Buss It Up" earlier this year and also produced two of the biggest U.K. singles of the summer; Yxng Bane's "Vroom" and the unavoidable "Joanna" by Afro B. "Drive N Motion" is the first single from an EP due for release later this year.
Speaking to The FADER via email, Team Salut said: "The record was inspired by the desire for good weather and good vibes. When it gets cold, we often have to create our own inspiration; ‘Drive N Motion’ is a product of that. The song is about enjoying good vibes with a person you really click with, and sharing your world with that person. This is a feel good song that can make people dance, laugh, smile and create happy memories together."
