Beyoncé and JAY-Z stage crasher arrested and charged with battery

After an intoxicated fan invaded the stage during Beyoncé and JAY-Z's most recent On The Run II tour stop in Atlanta, the man in question has been arrested and charged, Billboard reports.

The fan — identified as 26-year-old Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell — was initially given a disorderly conduct citation before Atlanta police reportedly tacked on a simple battery charge.The OTR II tour continues on after Atlanta as The Carters will travel to Orlando, performing on August 29.
