Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd said he lost a tooth and needed stitches after a phone thrown from the crowd hit him in the mouth during a show in Dallas on Sunday night. Footage from the incident, which came while the duo was performing "Powerglide" at the Starplex Pavilion, can be seen above.
Lee finished performing and later tweeted about the incident: "My lip is fucked up this dumb ass girl through her phone on stage like a baseball y’all gotta have more common sense than that my shit is fucked might miss a few days of tour." He later clarified that the tour will not be affected by his injury.

With the phone in his hand and blood streaming from his mouth, Lee read out the name of the person it belonged to before his mic was cut and his brother Slim Jxmmi tried to calm him down.
On Monday Lee posted on Instagram Stories to give fans an update on his condition and explain that he wants to sue the fan that injured him.
Rae Sremmurd is currently touring with Wiz Khalifa. Later this year they will tour with Childish Gambino. The "Awaken, My Love!" tour begins in Atlanta in September.
