A new teaser clip of Saturday Night Live's upcoming season premiere has released, watch it up above. The brief video features the opener's host Adam Driver and cast member Kate McKinnon as the latter cheekily sabotages what begins as a serious-looking monologue from this week's host. Along with Driver, Kanye West — who stopped by FADER's offices on Thursday — will perform during the episode. West will also reportedly release his ninth studio album Yahndi on Saturday. SNL will kick off its 44th season on September 29.
Later on Thursday, a second promo clip released featuring both Kanye and Adam Driver, along with cast member Kenan Thompson. Ye can be seen wearing a MAGA hat, and a seemingly self-made sweatshirt that reads 'Free Hoover.'
