Austin singer-songwriter Molly Burch has offered a new visual off of her album First Flower, which dropped earlier this year. The Nöel Wells-directed video for "Candy," shot entirely in 8mm, harkens back to the pastels of the 1960s. Amid all that candy-coated aesthetic sweetness, Burch grapples with a more disheartening male gaze in the video.

"I’ve been a huge fan of Noël’s for quite some time so it was a dream of mine for her to direct this video," she said. "It’s really inspiring to watch her work. Her mind is so fast and full of ideas constantly. The whole day was mostly female dominated, which is always my preference." Watch the "Candy" video below.
