Ice Cube to star in MTV Celebrity Death Match reboot

MTV's wild stop-motion wrestling show Celebrity Death Match is making its return next year, Pitchfork points out. MTV Studios announced the news on Wednesday night and announced that Ice Cube will star in and executive produce the gory, animated cult classic. The show's original creator Eric Fogel is also on board as executive producer. Celebrity Death Match last aired in 2007.
