Spotify Singles have really been delivering lately when it comes to intriguing covers. Today, the streaming platform unloaded three new entries to the series. Maggie Rogers offered a lite electro pop spin on Taylor Swift's "Tim McGraw." Even more surprising was Elton John's take on Khalid's "Young Dumb & Broke," three adjectives that certainly don't apply to him.
The real gem of the bunch, however, came by way of Charlotte Day Wilson, who took on "Here You Come Again," from Dolly Parton's 1977 album of the same name. As it turns out, the Toronto artist's minimal soul is the perfect compliment to Dolly's timeless lyrics. Hear it below, as well as a new version of Wilson's "Doubt."
