Kanye and Kim Kardashian West are now expecting a fourth child

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting a new addition to the West family in the near future. PEOPLE reported on Wednesday that the couple's new baby is "on the way" and will be delivered via a surrogate.

This marks the second time Kim and Ye have taken the surrogate route. Last January, their baby girl Chicago West was delivered via a gestational surrogate. The new baby will become the fourth addition to the West family, joining North, Saint, and Chicago West.
