Jerico is a 23-year-old DJ and producer with Moonshine Collective, a Montreal team making diverse and uncompromising music and parties. His Run That EP, premiering with The FADER, offers many new and exciting angles of the cutting edge that Moonshine occupies. Opening track "Zanmi" is twisted baile funk underneath Haitian Creole shouted with a selector's urgency, "Li Do" collides chanting, deep house, and noise, and the EP's title track is possessed Baltimore club. His effortless threading of genre creates a four-track project of deeply intoxicating, joyful rebellion.

Over email, Jerico sent us a statement on the EP's creation. "As a kid living just outside of Montreal, most of my earliest memories were traveling into the city to meet up with my family members to dance and literally escape the boredom of suburb living. The four tracks on Run That are basically the soundtrack to the blissful escapism I once felt in that time of my life. This EP is a testament to those special moments, that only music can create."
