Frank Ocean's Blond is a modern classic beloved by fans and artists alike, and on Wednesday one of the biggest pop stars in the world, Halsey, shared her take on the album's "Solo."

Halsey's take is a faithful rendition, replacing the original's organ with a reverb-drenched guitar as the lead instrument to similar sanctified effect. If it feels a bit cheap and cheerful, Halsey's vocals and their reverent handling of the source material give it a heartwarming boost. Listen below via Stereogum.

The song comes with footage shot during a recent tour. "It's moments like these i yearn for the comfortable chaos of the stage," Halsey writes on Twitter. "i sang this song to myself in the dressing room everyday on the last tour and it still fills me with the feeling of home."

Halsey was a featured artist on BTS's recent album Map Of The Soul: Persona.
